We will happily refund or exchange any order within 30 days of purchase. This does not include any personalised, bespoke or engraved products unless there is a fault with the product.

We will not accept returned items that are shipped, improperly packaged, or uninsured. All returned items will be reviewed for any damage, wear, alteration, engraving, or resizing that occurred after the item was shipped to the customer.

If an item is accepted for return (or an order is cancelled), Gembroidery will issue a full refund, exchange, or credit within 14 business days. Payment made via credit card will be credited back to the account. The customer pays for the return postage.
